Kunal Sharda
Kunal is a yoga educator, yoga therapist and acupuncturist offering group and individual services. He has built his practice on a belief in the innate capacity for wellness and wholeness that resides within each individual
Kunals approach creates a calm and nurturing environment where he gently guides and supports clients on their individual therapy journey. Over the past two decades Kunal has provided services and guidance through individual treatments, group classes and workshops as well as retreats and teacher trainings.
He has a deep understanding of the human physical, energetic and mental facets and empowers every individual to reach their full potential. Beyond his professional commitments as an educator and therapist you'll often find Kunal immersed in nature, enjoying hikes, reading and spending time with his son.

Yoga Chikitsa:
Yoga Chikitsa is a personalized and adaptive form of yoga therapy tailored to meet individual needs. This method can be taught in a group setting or in private sessions. It's a time-tested practice that acknowledges the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. Kunal works closely with each student to build an individualized yoga therapy sequence involving postures (asanas), breath techniques (pranayama), meditation as well as guidance on lifestyle and diet. The sequence takes into account the unique constitution, physical conditions and emotional well-being and aligns with the goals and concerns of the practitioner. Whether you seek relief from physical ailments, wish to manage stress or aspire to enhance your overall quality of life, yoga chikitsa offers an effective solution towards healing and self-discovery.
The group classes run for 07.00 to 10.00 from Monday to Friday. You don’t have to arrive for the start time of the class, or stay for its duration. Drop in when it suits you and stay for as long as you like. The aim is to cultivate a regular practice, so even if you only have 15 minutes each day, you’ll soon start to notice the benefits.
Classical Five Element Acupuncture
Classical Five Element Acupuncture is a traditional acupuncture method deeply rooted in ancient Chinese medicine principles. It revolves around the concept of the five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water, representing fundamental forces in nature and within the human body. Each element is associated with specific organs, meridians, emotions, and various aspects of health.
Practitioners of Classical Five Element Acupuncture aim to identify and address imbalances within these elements within an individual's body. It is believed that these imbalances can lead to physical and emotional health issues. The treatment process involves diagnosing the person's "Causative Factor," the element at the root of their imbalances, and then using acupuncture and moxibustion to restore harmony and balance to the elements. This form of acupuncture treats the whole person, addressing not just specific symptoms but overall well-being.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE®) is a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance
