Visceral and neural manipulation

Visceral and neural manipulation is a therapeutic approach developed by French osteopaths Jean-Pierre Barral and Alain Crobier. These techniques focuses on releasing tension and improving mobility of the internal organs, nerves and their connective tissues, helping restore balance and function in the body, reduce pain, improve mobility, and support overall healing.

Craniosacral Therapy

This approach was developed and brought into wider clinical practice by Dr. John E. Upledger. It works with the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. By releasing restrictions in this meningeal system, the body can relax, self-correct, and heal more effectively

Mgr. Jitka Rotterová

Her professional journey reflects a rare blend of solid Western therapeutic foundations and profound Eastern holistic wisdom. She brings precision, empathy, and breadth to her practice—supporting each client’s path toward meaningful, long-lasting wellness.

Holistic diagnostics and manual therapy combining:

  • Correction of the postural habits and dysfunctional muscle chains

  • Visceral & Neural Manipulation

  • Craniosacral Therapy

  • Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine

She has been engaged in manual medicine since 2008, when she started her bachelor’s and master's studies in physiotherapy at the Charles University in Prague. With a genuine fascination for the complexity and harmony of the human body, she soon realized that conventional physiotherapy could not fully address the root causes of some patients’ issues. This insight led her to explore a broader, more holistic healing path in study of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the TCM Institute in Prague, and becoming adept in viewing the human being as a unified whole—mind, body, and environment. In order to expand her manual therapy expertise, she embraced osteopathic approaches, including visceral, neural, vascular manipulation, and craniosacral therapy at Barral and Upledger institute. These gentle but highly targeted manual methods allows to reach heart of the problem and therefor start bodies self-healing mechanism.
