Hi, I’m Aleksandra, and I created FACEBALM with a simple idea: beauty can come from restoring balance rather than constantly trying to fix or change the face. My work combines facial massage, cosmetic acupuncture, face taping and other holistic techniques inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. I focus on releasing tension, supporting the skin’s natural functions and helping the nervous system move from a state of constant holding into deeper relaxation.

I was trained at the Institute of Chinese Medicine in Kraków, Pan Kobido Academy in Warsaw and a Medical School of Massage in Kraków. I have been exploring facial and bodywork for over seven years and hold certifications in different facial massage techniques, cosmetic acupuncture, visceral therapy, auriculotherapy and body massage.

Since February 2024, I have been working with clients in Oslo with their facial tensions, nervous system regulation and the connection between the face and the rest of the body.

I don’t follow one fixed routine. Every face, body and nervous system is different, so my treatments depend on what you need. Session may include facial massage, deep tissue and myofascial techniques, visceral work, cosmetic acupuncture or face taping. The treatments are therapeutic, but they are also a moment to slow down. I want you to leave not only with a more relaxed and radiant face, but also feeling calmer and more connected to yourself.
