Elina is a certified massage therapist by London School of Massage within Classical Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy and Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. She has 6 years of experience as massage therapist, specialising in relaxation and nervous system reset; head and face treatments, scalp massage and more.

Her background is in Psychology, University of Sheffield with focus on Health Psychology and the implications of emotions, behaviour and predisposition for physical health. She is also a certified Health and Wellbeing Coach, via the National Healthcare System NHS in the UK and works in the corporate world with organisations and companies on psychological wellbeing at the workplace.

She is also a vinyasa and yin yoga teacher offering individual treatments, group sessions and workshops. She creates a warm and supportive environment where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and restore their natural energy. 

Elina has experience working with individuals and groups through treatments, yoga classes, workshops and retreats focused on relaxation, emotional wellbeing and self-awareness. Her work integrates knowledge of the body with tools for stress management, self-compassion and personal growth.
